Thursday, May 12, 2011
Concord, NH — At the Concord City Auditorium on May 10, the New Hampshire Preservation Alliance held their 22nd annual achievement awards. Honoring six construction projects that focused on locally cherished landmarks, Meridian Construction was among those who were honored. Completed in 2009, Meridian's project, which included renovations to over 100 windows of the New Hampshire State Library, was recognized for its exceptional quality and importance to the community.
The state library, which was originally built in 1895, required special attention paid to its unique elements. Meridian accomplished these goals, among many others, and delivered on a superior renovation that maintained the architectural integrity of the building.
