Lisbon Highway Maintenance Facility

Lisbon, New Hampshire

Working closely wih Cowan Goudreau Architects and the New Hampshire Bureau of Public Works Design & Construction, Meridian Construction built a new 6,400 SF Patrol Shed, a 3,500 SF Salt Building and a new automated fueling station. Additional work included demolition of three existing buildings to make space for the new buildings, fueling station and extended parking areas. The project was completed in phases to keep the existing DOT shed operational while the new Patrol and Salt buildings where constructed. As soon as the new buildings were operational, we demolished the existing DOT patrol shed and completed final site work including extensive final paving which was worked into the town’s pedestrian and auto traffic patterns.
