Meridian Construction transformed an old house’s interior into a modern farmhouse-inspired home, blending high-end finishes with functional upgrades. The renovation included white oak floors, ceilings, and beams, and brand-new Marvin windows throughout.

The existing stair system was fully rebuilt, and the home was completely re-insulated with energy-efficient closed cell spray-foam. Meridian also installed a new HVAC system and corrected the many outdated and structural issues that existed. This interior rehab showcases Meridian’s commitment to craftsmanship and excellence in finishing details.
