Lake Winni Modern Lake House

This house represents one of the “greenest” builds in our portfolio. Utilizing an existing foundation and framing scraped down to the studs, a full interior gut and addition, this project had zero to minimal impact on the existing wooded lot and pristine shoreline.

Working closely with the owner, Meridian transformed this property from a summer home of yesteryear to a comfortable and modern lake house for all seasons. The owner sent us this note while enjoying their second season in the home: “…I wanted to thank you for our extraordinary home that gives us joy every day at the lake. We think of you guys often and fondly remember the journey of reimagining and building what ended up as pure perfection…”
