Lake Winni Modern Lake House

Alton, New Hampshire

This house represents one of the “greenest” builds in our portfolio. Utilizing an existing foundation and framing scraped down to the studs, a full interior gut and addition, this project had zero to minimal impact on the existing wooded lot and pristine shoreline.

Working closely with the owner, Meridian transformed this property from a summer home of yesteryear to a comfortable and modern lake house for all seasons.
